Landlord Sues Mike Isabella for $715,000 in Back Rent and Fees

Problems just keep piling up for DC Chef Mike Isabella’s company. Isabella’s landlord at Mosaic District is suing the restaurateur for $715,000 in unpaid rent and penalties going back three years. His Mosaic District restaurant Requin closed earlier this year.
